Skilled Immigrant Integration Program (SIIP)/Career Pathways

While the primary engagement that URC has with immigrant communities in Greater St. Joseph County is with arriving refugees, URC has worked closely to help the arriving folks to develop opportunities for career advancement.

Welcoming Michiana is currently a part of a technical assistance project with World Education Services (WES) to help match the skills of immigrant residents with careers that have opportunities for growth in the local area. The program is called Skilled Immigrant Integration Service, or SIIP.
